I want to wish you all a VERY merry Christmas and the absolute best for the new year.  As we all wave goodbye to this year, I have to say that I am looking forward to 2010 and all it will bring.

I had the pleasure of photographing Melissa and Peter’s wedding recently and it was a lot of fun.  Let’s start with the trolley that the guys used to get to the church - and later transported the bridal party to the reception.  That was an absolute party on wheels!

The dancing was incredible and everyone just seemed to have such a good time.  As for me, it felt great to talk with one of the guests about photography and learn what she did for a living.  Turns out she works for the Make a Wish Foundation and one of her wishes is to be a photographer.  So, I handed over one of my cameras, lens, and flashes to her and let her take some photos.  Her fiance was ecstatic - and so was she.
