Grand Entrance

There is always something special about a bride’s grand entrance.  The anticipation builds up as everyone wonders what her dress will look like, will she be crying, will she be smiling, will she be doing both.  The opposite side of that is the groom’s reaction – and then you get the entire interaction between them both.

I always try to capture that interaction – the groom’s face is so telling.  There are times, however, when you just need to capture the majesty of the setting and the bride.  This is one such image from Stephanie and Derek’s beautiful wedding in Austin, TX.
